Limiting Internet Access RP*

What will happen if someone has his own gun and can use it any time without any control? The discovery of the Internet transferred the world in very advanced steps towards modern technology. The Internet was designed to transfer information from one area to another in the United States by the military in 1969 and it was called Arpanet. “ Arpanet was created by the US Department of Defense Advanced Research Projects Darpa. The first connection on 14the January 1969 was between the University of California Los Angeles and the Stanford research institute” (2007, para.1). In addition, the first use of the Internet was not wide until the early nineties of the twentieth century. It was possible to use the Internet and it existed for nearly a decade. People now have started using the internet for many and different reasons. Many problems have arisen because of the bad use of the Internet these days, making control of the Internet and limiting its use is very important. Losing time, money and misuse of internet are very common at the present time.
First of all, we often hear about drug and alcohol addiction but in the twenty-first century, we have heard about addiction to the Internet and electronic games. Some people spend hours, even days using Internet and this kind of addiction cause many social problems people. People who spend many hours on games or surfing internet are less likely to have a good social life because they don’t have a direct contact with other people even if they play online games they stile have that kind of skill which can not improve without interact with other people directly. Also, we read or hear about death of people due to use of Internet.” Simon's response was, "see you on the other side". A chatroom user known as "aldead" wished Simon farewell, while another said "happy bus ride" - "bus ride" being the term the users have for committing suicide” (2008, para.5). The story of Simon is one of hundreds stories that the world addresses every day. In addition many people are really interesting in one of the TV programs shows “predators”. This program designed to show people who our world is full of bad people using internet. It is simply use a fake person who just surf the internet and preened that she/he is underage and that is the entire role that person plays, than the cast of that program start to chat with people who already know that person they are talking to is a kid. The Majority of the people that are talking to the kid want to make a sexual relationship regardless the age of that kid. Therefore, limiting use of internet may help to solve such problems, which affect not only businesses, but also families, individuals and the society.
Next, Internet use by the staff during work was one of the most important factors in companies’ losses. The preoccupation of the employees in using the Internet to download songs, movies or enter chat rooms may cause a disaster to companies. According to Stafford (2007), companies are really facing these problems every day many employees going to MySpace or other websites because they don’t feel that using internet at home is safe because of wives or kid. Many companies use internet to help in completing work quickly and accurately, not for personal use.”From employees checking personal emails, instant messaging friends and family, playing computer games, and web surfing on sites like MySpace and YouTube, these unproductive activities are all a reality for every organization.”(n.d. para,4). Therefore, many companies start to limit their internet access by using entrant instead of internet and kind of programs can not allow employees to surf beyond the organization will limit their surfing. Thus, the limiting of Internet access at work is becoming very important to save the company from losing its money.
Finally, misuse of internet has become very common. People started to use internet to commit their crimes. Terrorists depend on internet to deliver their plans and ideas. ”High-tech companies say governments will need their help to beat fraudsters, virus writers, malicious hackers and perpetrators of other cyber crimes.” (2000, para.2). Every user of the Internet is at risk either through fraud or through identity theft of information not to mention the risk to young Internet users. The system is designed to give parents control over net content by blocking access to certain sites and chatrooms known to be used by paedophiles. The filters can be sent to block access to nudity, violence, drug and alcohol promotions”(2002, para.4). Thus, controlling the Internet by government, parents and companies will help to protect the community from misuse of internet.
Opponents claim that limiting internet access is against human rights. However, this argument does not cover the whole problem. In fact people want to save their money and time, and also they want to be sure that their children won’t be at risk when the surf the internet. It is not normal to give anyone a gun without a explaining the danger of that gun and what the results are if he/she misuses it, and It must be the same thing with internet. Internet is like any harmful weapon. If we do not control it or if we do not come up with a law to prevent the danger that internet may cause that would be like everyone of us carrying his gun in his hand and having the right to fire anywhere at any time. Therefore, limiting internet access is the only way to protect our people and communities from the danger of high technology crimes.
In conclusion, limiting internet access because of losing time, money or the misuse of it is not against the human rights. Freedom ends when we misuse it. Governments should play its roles to control the misuse of the internet and companies should limit the internet access in order to help to save people’s rights. Campiness that provided internet services should take the responsibility to provide programs that can help to limiting the access to interment. Also, governments should force that campiness to have a technology that allows them to track any users in order to prevent them form committing their crimes on the internet. In addition parents should do the observing their kids when the surf internet by using same technology which is internet. Many companies provide many programs that can help to monitoring the internet websites.

Narrowing the Gap
In BBC News (2005)” controversy blights UN net summit” by Twist, the author discusses the summit that has been hold in Tunis to narrowing the gap between rich and poor countries. In addition, he points out on the problems that the summit had about who should manage the net not to mention the freedom speech. Also, he shows that the funding allocated for this process in not enough. The author states that technology will push all nations toward the international aims in terms of technological development. Moreover, the author tells us about the tensions that happened during the summit. He also claims that internet requires to enormous efforts to combat crimes through internet, according to the Chinese Vice Premier. I agreed with the author that all countries should narrow the gap between them in order to prevent the crimes, provide the freedom and develop and help poor nations.
First of all, many terrorist groups are based in poor countries. That shows the importance of technological development in different ways to combat such groups. There are a lot of criminal groups who use the internet to transmit thier plans. According to Chinese Vice Premier, “ for the internet, we need effective measures to fight against criminal acts using this technology’ (2005, para.14). Thus, the development of poor countries and keep them at pace with the evolution of the world in this area may limit the ability of many criminal groups. Tech has become the first police officer in the fight against all kinds of crimes. For that all countries should help each other to stop terrorism by narrowing the technology gap.
Next, internet has become the real source of free speech that all can use without fear of censorship scissors. Thus, seriousness of the gap between countries appears here. People of developed countries can express their views through all forms, but their counterparts in poor countries have limited space for free speech. The freedom of speech is the right of everyone therefore the tension will rise in poor countries because of the lack of free speech. “But the summit was most notable for palpable tension during the events organized by civil society groups who called for action to balance the rights of all digital citizens in a global information society to freedom of expression” (2005, para 12). Therefore, the call for freedom of expression has become the demand of all people.
Finally, the world has become a small village. Therefore, the lack of keeping up with the world’s evolution in many poor countries may keep them always in the back row. Thus, assisting poor nations and exchanging information with them by developing their technological advice might help to promote them in all fields.”Technologies and knowledge would also drive all countries towards internationally-agreed development goals and objectives” (2005, para. 8).
In conclusion, freedom of expression, the fight against crime and technological development in poor countries are the soldiers of the same coin. Developed countries should help other countries to put them in right path of the modern technology. It is everyone’s right to have the same freedom and the same technology.

Internet limiting

Probably we heard in the news from time to time about the liquidation of a person by internet criminals or loss of a person’s money through financial theft of credit card number online. Also, someone got in trouble because of pornographic sites that were used when a credit card was interred through the Internet. More serious is what the news showed us about the suicide of two teenagers knows each other through the Internet and agreed to kill themselves by shooting fire at each other because they were depressed. That shows us the importance of limiting the misuse and controlling some of the internet sites.

First of all, there are hundreds of websites that have forged trademarks and the only work they do learning to get your personal information: your name, address and your bank account. “West African criminals have used a fake version of a British bank's online service to milk victims of cash, say police”.(fake banks website cons victims, 2002, para.1). All internet users know about people who called themselves black hats “Hackers” those people who are really smart but use that talent to destroy and harm companies or people or steal money from people who like to shop through internet. Companies are losing their files and people are losing their money because of the unlimited use of the internet that is provided without monitoring it which some believe that is against human rights.
Next, limiting internet use could save people life and money. Internet dating is one of the most dangerous websites; we can not deny that many people got married through these websites but, also we can not denying that many people have been debauched by criminals.” Stephen Day, from Ipswich, handed over sums of money totalling £12,000 to someone he met online. The woman he thought he was emailing and sending money to for flights and other expenses turned out to be a Nigerian man” (2007, para.14). The problem is that some people who use the internet are not real. Through internet you can see different pictures with different names for one person. They move from one websites to another with different information trying to dupe people on the other side and this can be very dangerous.

Finally, parents like to improve their child’s knowledge. Thus, they offer for their children computers and laptops. But, if they don't watch what their children are doing and what kind of mail they got in their mail inbox, they might be at big risk. “A lack of internet skills among many parents could harm their children's prospects, the report said” (2005, para. 5). There is a TV show that shows the real predators who just surf the internet only to make trap for kids and most of the kid who got hurt by those predators were under 16 years old, and they were not being monitored by their parents. ”Parents who restrict web use too much may make their children less aware of online risks, such as those from chart rooms, the report said” (2005, para. 10). Thus, parents should be aware and monitor their children internet use to protect them from the dangers that the internet might cause.

In conclusion, fake websites, fake people and criminals are always there surfing the Internet night and day just to harm people. Despite all the arguments about limiting the Internet we, should governments and parents should limiting the use of the Internet. Governments should attack those criminals and stop them and they also should prevent the fake websites by monitoring and limiting the use of the Internet. On the other hand, parents should take care of their children by sharing the email with them and giving them a specific time to use the internet; also the can talk to the internet service provider to block some of the internet websites.

Technological Revolution

Is the will be the same in 2020? Revolution of the technology will affect our life in different ways. The revolution will allow us to understand and how to make our life much better. The improving of the technology has a direct effect in all the aspects of the life. If we think about our ancestors for a second and understand who they used to writ, make business and travel we will understand that Education, economic and social life has affected by the revolution of the technology.
Business in all trims depends on the technology to expand and improve their products. Most of the business has made a big forward step since the revolution of the technology started. Millions of banking transactions can be done within seconds and that can not happen without the technology. In addition, technological revolution allows people to make new business and investment. Electronic commerce is one of the advantages of technology. Many people briefer working and making money at home by using computers rather than going outside and work. The relation between technology and economy is a direct correlation.” Technology has always played a role in shaping work and industrial relations” (Jcobs, n.d., para.7).In other word, revolution of the technology means revolution of the economy in return. Education is on of the affected by the technological revolution. It is now easier than before. Technology become the basis of the success of any universities or institute. Most of universities have advanced labs and laboratories to assist scientists and student in their research and inventions through technology. In addition, people now can make their degree at the peat universities at home. Online learning has become a good way to get a university degree for those who do not have time or enough money to get to a good university. University of phoenix is on example for a good university that provides online degree. Education now is available to all because of the technological revolution.

Our life as individual has become much better and easier. People used to travel for long time some of them died because of the long distance that they have to walk to go to another country. Distance between countries know are shorter and the travel is saver all that because of the technological revolution. Cars, trains and airplanes allow family members to see each other and be in the same place within days even if the live in different continents. In addition, people now can send a text message from computers or cell phones within second from United Stats of America to South Africa. “This new technology is also a vehicle that can be used for community building and enabling social action”(Jcobs, n.d., para.7). In conclusion, every single hose in this world has a kind of technology to make the life easier.

Opponents, claim that if the development of the technology continuing people will find themselves replaced by machines. Whoever that is not true; people need for the technology and need to develop it more than any thing. Moreover, people need to find ways to make the world a saver place to live in. medical, transportation and education and more under the umbrella of technological revolution had change the world. An addition, technology helps to save people’s life. Despite wither wars are wrong or not technology has become a very important factor in wars. United Sates of America is using the technology at any war and Iraq is one example. To avoid killing inset people they are using the technology to choose the target carefully. Finally, who like to work at coal mine it is much better to let machines do so.

In conclusion, no one at the present time can imagine our life without technology. It plays an important and essential role in our daily live. The world economy, education and our social live depend on technology, and much more. No one left is using candles to have light inside the room. In addition, people can get their education wherever they want buy. We can not ignore the importance of the technology and who it change our life form the horse cart to concord plane.

population growth

What if you do not have brothers or sisters?. with. Some experts refer to the social importance of a fraternity to build children personality by playing together or sheering experiences. As a result, controlling the population growth could lead to real problems because by controlling the population that might cause economic, social and political disasters.
Manpower is the main engine of economy. Thus, control the population by Monitoring or reducing reproduction that could lead to lack of manpower. Saudi Arabia has an area about 2240000km and it has about 21 million inhabitants. As arrest Saudi Arabia still depend on other countries labors such as India, Indonesia and some other countries to help them to run their economy. In this cause if we control the reproduction in Saudi Arabia the need of labors from other countries will not end. Also, we need to consider the age of population in some countries like china Fear is growing because of the number of older people, one studies in china say that in the coming years will be one between all three Chinas has reached sixty. Since, the elderly are more vulnerable to be sick. As a result the need for health care will cost the economy a lot. Thus, we can now that the economy and population have direct impact on each other.
The mortality rate has directly linked to social situation. There is a relationship between the rate of births and deaths. But, increasing the number of deaths compared to the number of births may cause an imbalance in the population composition. As stated in the case of China; there will be a problem in the rate of population growth through increasing in deaths number. More over, poor communities depend on family members especially children to assist in the requirements of living such as work in t farms, and the best example for that is India. Therefore, if we put in place some laws to limiting reproduction in those communities that will cause real poverty.
Powerful countries or great countries have a large number of people. Through this we can see that there is relationship between strength and numbers of people. Countries such as USA have large numbers of army members and the all countries seek to increase the numbers of vulnerable populations provide protection. Thus, we can not compare countries like China, who arrived more than one billion inhabitants to countries such as Bahrain, which has no more than a population of 500,000 people in terms of military and economy power. In addition counters like Indonesia depend on its labors who work abroad to provide a huge income to their country. In conclusion,
Opponents, clime that if we do not control the population growth. there will be not enough resources such as oil and food. Whoever, they must be mistaken. The question is what would happen if we do not have enough people to extract resources? People will face many problems for lack of resources if we do not have manpower. Moreover, Diseases in the past destroy the entire societies for the small numbers of people. But, after the population increasing, People start to find drugs to combat diseases. In other word, evolution is linked to the population. Wherever, the largest number of population increase the number of inventions and discoveries increase too.
In conclusion, human has the first primary importance in the evolution of life manpower, Despite the difficulties at the beginning of life huma did not stop the reproduction because the understand that the human are the most important element in every thing. With all these accumulation of experiences we have know societies, economies and policies,

FOOD PRODUCTION

People are starving in Africa. Food is the main ingredient for life after water. Therefore, humans can not survive without food. People in the past try to find many ways to provide food. They were depending on hunting and agriculture therefore they inventing tools for this purpose. In the past .There was no problem in the quantity of food because of the small number of people at that time. But, at this time the number of people has increased and the need for food increased too. Our world has addresses many wars in order to control or find new food sources. Since that time we are every day witnessing a large number of deaths because of lack of food. Thus, developed countries must play its role to fight poverty all over the world in every possible ways. Send international aid, provide food in large quantities, and involve the poor people to find solutions and the education. All these efforts can be successful to combat poverty and lack of food in the world.

Food production is produce moor food in large quantities. People started looking for more resource of food because of the population growth. Numbers of people have increased and the resources of food have decreased. In “Impact of Population Growth on Food Supplies and Environment” the author r said, “As the world population continues to grow geometrically, great pressure is being placed on arable land, water, energy, and biological resources to provide an adequate supply of food while maintaining the integrity of our ecosystem”( Pimentel, 1996, para.1). Africa and some other countries are straggling because of hunger. In Some parts in world people cannot find food and they are dieing every. In “18,000 children die every day of hunger, U.N. says” the author claim that “ Some 18,000 children die every day because of hunger and malnutrition and 850 million people go to bed every night with empty stomach”. (18,000 children die every day of hunger, 2007, para. 1.). The world should do something fast to step the big losing of people around world.

First off all, food relief has significant impact in the fight against hunger and poverty. No doubt about the importance of the international Aid organizations to combat poverty in several regions such as Africa and Asia. Food organizations have positive role in solving some problems of poverty. But, many poor nations still suffering from poverty and need more assistance. People in Africa dying every day in front of television screens because of lack of food this means that these organization could not provide enough quantities of food for poor people in that areas. Therefore it is the duty of rich governments to provide new sources of food with large quantities to assist humanitarian to do its duty.

Next, the need for food production has increased. Thus, many countries are looking now for new sources off food. Clone is one of the ways to increase and product new source of food also Aquaculture which use in different countries.” Aquaculture can be used to raise fish and shellfish in freshwater ponds or in fenced-in areas of floating cages in coastal lagoons and estuaries. It is supplies about 10% of the world’s commercial fish harvest”. (Miller, 1993. P.46). Because of the population growth the need for produce a large quantities of food in different ways become a top priority. ”Scientists have identified many plants and insects that could be used as sources of food” (Miller, 1993. P.44). In other word, the urgent need for food will make human looking for new sources to produce food.

Also, education is the basis for the success of any country in all areas. Therefore, we all know that poverty and starvation are usually spread in the illiteracy countries. Thus, education may be is one appropriate solution to combat poverty. If we provide education to poor people that will give them the skills that they need to improve their lives. In addition, education and poverty have direct link.” Hunger not only kills people, but it also takes away the ability to work and learn”. (World food day: Fight hunger to reduce poverty, 2001, para.4). So, education will give poor people more knowledge about agriculture, fishing and many skills. All these benefits from education may reduce the poverty rate not to mention the job opportunities that will be available for them.

Finally, the involvement of people in solving their problems is the first step in solving the problem. The lack of food production can be solving individually. Land reform is one way to do that. People can produce their own food if they own the land that they work in. own a land by poor people consider as a way to reduce hunger and poverty.” An important step in reducing hunger, malnutrition, poverty, and land degradation is land reform”. ( Miller, 1993. P.46) Thus, if we give poor people the chance to solve their problems with help form the governments that would be the first step to eradiate poverty.

Opponents claim that food relief may have a negative impact. Some experts say “most people view food relief as a humanitarian effort to prevent people form dying prematurely; however some analysts contend that giving food to starving people in countries with high population growth rates dose more harm than good in the long run”. Whoever, they are wrong because even if they think that helping people will let them depend on such organization instead of looking for solutions for their problem that will not negate the need for humanitarian aid. Also, the lack of suitable environment for grazing or cultivation is one of the reasons that supporting the need to help those people.” Other believe we have a moral obligation to feed the hungry under any circumstances”( Miller, 1993. P.46) thus, we have to help hungry people regardless where are they or what they have to do as long as they need help.

In conclusion, the need to increase food production has become a prerequisite these days. There are many countries suffer from food shortages. Finding solutions to this problem such as education, find other sources of food, and produce more food. Also make poor people involved in solving the problem and send aid through humanitarian is the appropriate solutions to stop the problem of lack food production. The number of the people is increasing and the need for more food is increasing too. We should find the rote of the problem in order to finish it for good.
